- Biometric & Facial Data: The App requires access to your device’s camera to capture facial images. This data is strictly used for identity verification and marking attendance.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system, and app version for troubleshooting purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information exclusively for internal organizational purposes:
- To verify your identity using facial recognition technology.
- To log and manage daily attendance records securely.
- To maintain your account and provide technical support.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your privacy is our priority. Facial recognition data and images are transmitted securely to our encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of your personal data.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data only for as long as you are actively associated with IECE or as required by organizational policy. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. To request data deletion, please contact your administrative supervisor or email us directly.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information or biometric data to outside parties. This App is for internal organizational use only.
6. Permissions Required
- Camera: Required to capture images for the facial authentication check-in process.
- Internet: Required to sync attendance data with our secure servers.
